Reservations are truly essential, as we limit the number of participants - and sensible walking shoes are a must! Although this is indisputably a most beautifully situated vineyard with distractingly stunning views on all sides, the walk through the vines is very much focused on their cultivation. It ends in the cellars with a discussion on how the grapes are transformed into wine: all this can be quite tedious for young people (and older people who are not interested in wine)! A comprehensive tasting of our award-winning white and sparkling wines closes the experience. Covid-19 measures are in place for the duration

Our family has lived, loved and cared for this high-altitude 30-ha estate for two decades. Chateau Rives-Blanques specialises in white and sparkling wines only, under the benevolent eye of the snowcapped peaks of the Pyrenees which dominate its horizon. Our Tuesday Talk, Tour and Tutored Tasting includes a walk-talk through the vines, a visit to the cellars and an extensive tasting of our award-winning wines.
